 Big Bear City is situated in the unincorporated region of the Big Bear Valley, which is predominantly residential with a limited number of businesses in the vicinity. The area is conveniently located only a 10-minute drive away from the ski resorts and Big Bear Lake. In certain neighborhoods, like Moonridge, houses are situated on both sides of a ridge that separates Big Bear City from Big Bear Lake.
